Leanne Rogowski | Director of Celebrations

Leanne leads weddings and events at Beaver Station with a rare balance of thoughtful strategy and genuine care. As Director of Celebrations, she oversees the full wedding experience, from early planning through day of execution, ensuring every couple is supported by clear processes, steady guidance, and a team trained to her exacting standards.

With more than a decade in the wedding industry and hundreds of events produced, Leanne has helped grow Beaver Station from its opening year into one of the region’s most trusted and sought-after venues. Her experience spans event design, team leadership, and guest experience management, giving couples confidence that both the overall vision and the smallest details are being handled with intention and professionalism.

Leanne believes the best weddings feel effortless, even though they require careful preparation behind the scenes. She is known for anticipating needs before couples or guests even realize them, sweating the small details, and managing countless moving parts at once. Her deep industry knowledge, trusted vendor relationships, and calm problem solving create an experience that feels organized, seamless, and stress free. The team she leads shares these same values, creating consistency and confidence from first tour to last dance.

Leanne’s life beyond event details centers on time with her two sons, gardening, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. Known for expressing care through acts of service and shared meals, she enjoys bringing people together in ways that feel thoughtful and welcoming. That same warmth and sense of ease carry through every celebration at Beaver Station.

Betsy | Day of Coordinator

Betsy brings a thoughtful, steady presence to her role as Day of Coordinator, grounded in years of experience and a genuine love for helping couples feel cared for on their wedding day. As a member of the Beaver Station team since its opening in 2015, she has played a meaningful role in creating celebrations that feel organized, calm, and deeply personal.

Professionally, Betsy’s background is in marketing and event coordination, where she managed trade shows and large-scale logistics for a medical simulation company. That experience sharpened her organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate clearly while managing many moving parts. When the opportunity arose to join Beaver Station, her long standing interest in event planning and hosting brought her naturally into the wedding world.

On wedding days, Betsy is known for her preparation, creative problem solving, and calming presence. She approaches each event with thoughtful attention to detail, anticipating needs and adjusting seamlessly when plans shift. Couples appreciate her ability to stay composed under pressure and to quietly manage the unexpected so the day unfolds smoothly and without added stress.

Above all, Betsy cares deeply about the couple experience. She finds the most meaning in seeing weddings reflect the personalities and personal touches of each couple, from the ceremony through the celebration. Sending a bride down the aisle and watching the groom’s reaction is one of her favorite moments, and seeing guests of all ages enjoying the dance floor reminds her why this work matters. Outside of events, Betsy enjoys time with family and friends, traveling, reading, and cooking meals meant to be shared. Her classic style, thoughtful kindness, and calm approach make her a reassuring presence throughout every celebration she supports.

What matters most to Pam is protecting the meaning of the day. She understands that while she coordinates many weddings, each couple has only one, and she approaches every celebration with that responsibility in mind. She finds special joy in the moments just before a ceremony begins and in seeing couples relax once everything is in place. Outside of events, Pam enjoys time with her family and grandchildren, traveling, reading, writing, photography, and capturing life’s quiet, beautiful moments. Her passion for people, details, and connection is felt throughout every celebration she supports.
