Your Weather Plan Is Already Included
Unlike many outdoor venues, Beaver Station doesn’t require you to rent a costly tent or secure another venue just in case.
Your beautifully prepared indoor ceremony is already included with every Beaver Station wedding. There are no additional rental fees, no last minute scrambling, and no wondering where your guests will go.
If you choose to celebrate indoors, your guests remain comfortably seated while our team transforms the space into a beautiful ceremony setting using elegant backdrops, lanterns, and your personal décor.
The Decision Is Always Yours
Pennsylvania weather can change by the hour, which is why we don’t ask couples to make weather decisions days in advance.
Throughout the planning process, we’ll talk through both ceremony settings so you’ll know exactly how each one will look and flow.
When your wedding day arrives, we’ll review the forecast together and let you decide what feels right, even if that decision happens just minutes before your ceremony.
Our experienced Day of Coordinators are experts at adapting to changing conditions, allowing your celebration to continue seamlessly while you stay focused on what matters most.
When the Celebration Moves Inside
An outdoor ceremony may be the vision, but changing weather doesn’t mean giving up the details you’ve planned.
This couple originally planned to exchange their vows outdoors. When the weather moved their ceremony inside, the rose petals intended for their outdoor aisle came right along with them.
