Appetizer – French Charcuterie Boards – Assorted Cheeses, olives, grilled baguettes, sliced & cubed meats, caramelized onion confit, fresh thyme brown mustard, pears, apples & berries. Paired with bottomless Prosecco.
Salad – consisting of radicchio & endive lettuces, heart shaped Buffalo mozzarella, pomegranates, mandarin oranges, raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Paired with TBD.
Entree – Steak Diane, jumbo shrimp & sea scallop on bamboo skewer – Tender medallions of filet mignon sautéed with mushrooms, shallots, fresh herbs, Dijon mustard, beef demi-glaze & flamed with Hennessy Cognac. Jumbo tiger shrimp and sea scallops marinated in olive oil, fresh lemon, garlic, white wine & grilled over coals. Served with roasted winter vegetables to include butternut and acorn squashes, zucchini, yellow squash, egg plant, red & green peppers, parsnips, carrots, Yukon gold potatoes tossed in a fresh thyme olive oil. Paired with TBD.
Dessert – Chocolate cake with mousse. Double chocolate pudding cake smothered with dark chocolate liqueur, simple syrup and topped with chocolate caramel mousse. Paired with TBD.
Night Cap – Decadent chocolate from Trish’s Truffles & Sweet Treats Paired with Port.
