Before your visit, we’ll send you a brief planning questionnaire. Every questionnaire is personally reviewed by Leanne, who shares your ideas and inspiration with our Guest Experience Team before you arrive.
From the details you share to the inspiration you love, your visit is thoughtfully prepared with your wedding in mind. If you mention using a vintage mirror for your seating display, we’ll already be thinking about the perfect place for it. If your questionnaire tells us you’re planning an intimate celebration filled with greenery and candlelight, we may even send a few photos before your visit to spark ideas and help you picture your day.
By the time you arrive, we’re already thinking about your wedding day.

Most tours are led by Layla, our Guest Experience Assistant and Day of Coordinator. She loves helping couples envision their wedding at Beaver Station and is often the first friendly face you’ll meet.
While Layla guides your visit, Leanne remains involved throughout your planning journey, answering questions, sharing ideas, and helping bring your vision to life.
