Every couple has a different vision, different priorities, and a different story to tell. That’s why we don’t believe in one size fits all planning.
Before your tour, you’ll complete a brief planning questionnaire. Leanne personally reviews every response, learning about your vision, guest count, priorities, and the details that matter most to you before sharing those insights with our Guest Experience Team.
Sometimes that means gathering photos of weddings with a similar style. Other times it’s discussing layouts for your guest count or pointing out the perfect place for a special family heirloom, meaningful display, or personal touch you’ve shared with us.
By the time you arrive for your tour, we’re already thinking about your wedding.
